LED light; blinks quickly, slowly, or remains steady. Was marketed as a pet collar, but I’m using it as an armband. It’s for increased visibility when cycling, so that I don’t get hit by a car, and so doubles as part of my functional aesthetic. I’m thinking of snagging another for my upper thigh; more lights can never hurt.
